State Tax Raising Ideas From the Onion

The Onion has an amusing infographic on what taxes states are raising to cover budget shortfalls. Click on the image for a link to the full graphic.
Vermont's especially has some truth to it. States are always looking for ways to export tax burdens to nonresidents, although this particular idea would probably be constitutionally suspect.
And yes, beer taxes are probably the last thing to be raised.
