The Tax Foundation held its 68th Annual National Conference and Annual Dinner on Thursday, November 17, 2005. The events were held in the Cannon House Office Building and the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C. Distinguished Service Awards were presented to Charles Rossotti, former IRS Commissioner; and Sidney Taurel, Chairman and CEO of Eli Lilly and Co.
