R. Glenn Hubbard on Corporate Tax Reform
According to figures from the Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD), the combined U.S. corporate income tax rate is second highest in the OECD, at 39.3 percent. However, U.S. corporate tax collections are among the lowest in the OECD. Is it time to reform the corporate income tax?
