Tax Foundation President Scott Hodge debates how Congress should address the Alternative Minimum Tax
Hodge: "The fact is, if you're in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, and you're facing the AMT, you ought to be angry at the high local taxes that are being enforced by your governor and your mayor. That's what's putting you into AMT, not George Bush's tax cuts."
