We have a lot of strong businesses that we need to support and foster. But recently the Tax Foundation, a nonpartisan educational organization, rated New York 49th out of the 50 states based on our business tax climate. To keep this city as the world's information capital and to cultivate other new industries here, we must start now to create a pro-growth business tax environment for the years ahead.
