New York Times Makes Mention of State-Local Burden Study in Story on Bailout

The Sinatra Proviso: If you can make it here, maybe you can make it anywhere, but one recent study of tax burdens, by the Tax Foundation, a nonpartisan group, had Connecticut, New Jersey and New York with the heaviest burdens. Give us all an extra $500 a month to make us feel better.
