Nathan Benefield of the Commonwealth Foundation Cites State-Local Tax Burden Study in Op-Ed to Delco Daily Times

According to the Washington, D.C., based Tax Foundation, Pennsylvania ranks eleventh in state and local tax burden, and sixth in tax burden increases since 2002. Not surprisingly, Pennsylvania ranks near the bottom in income, job, and population growth since Gov. Rendell took office, despite increased government "investment" in the economy.
