Seattle Post-Intelligencer -- 'Saving a good way to start new tax year'

"How fair is our tax code? A survey last week by the Tax Foundation showed that 59 percent of U.S. adults believed they paid more federal income tax as a percentage of their income than did billionaire Donald Trump. The same survey said 81 percent of those surveyed found the federal income tax somewhat or very complex, and 70 percent said they either "hated" or "disliked" doing their income taxes. And, no surprise, 55 percent said their taxes were too high and even more people said the government services received in exchange were only fair or poor. Of course every taxpayer is surly around April 15. I know I am. But I also think we can do better."
