"During the visit, Alan Cobb, state director for the Kansas Chapter of AFP, cited a study by the Tax Foundation that declared Kansas as 15th highest among states in state and local tax burden. Kansas also was in the bottom 10 in population growth, income growth and job growth, Cobb said."
