Justin Higginbottom is an analyst with the Center for State Fiscal Policy at the Tax Foundation. He works to educate taxpayers about sound state fiscal policy and the size of the tax burden borne by Americans at the state and local level. While studying economics at Arizona State he interned at the Competitive Enterprise Institute (as a Koch Summer Fellow), the Goldwater Institute, and the Cato Institute.
