Public Opinion Surveys on Taxes
What do Americans think about taxes? Public opinion polls commonly include tax-related questions, but few surveys are specifically designed to explore the public's opinion of the U.S. tax system. In an effort to better understand American's views on tax fairness, progressivity and other tax policy issues, the Tax Foundation conducts regular surveys of U.S. public opinion.
